Participants will gain powerful tools and techniques to manage their mental, emotional and physical health in their everyday life as little as 20 minutes a day.Participants will enjoy this fun experience by learning easy to follow dance routines to popular hits, fun dance games, and interactive team building exercises. They will also discover freedom in managing stress and anxiety and learn to feel better about themselves.

Jen Stillion is more than just a wellness empowerment speaker and coach; she's a driving force for positive change in the lives of educators, children, and families. With over 15 years of experience, Jen has closely collaborated with early childhood directors and educators, and has even co-created music and movement education programs that have reached thousands of children across the nation.
Her passion for mental health and empowerment wellbeing led her to create Move Into Wellness in 2018, a fun initiative that has since led her to facilitate transformative wellness workshops nationwide. These workshops, guided by Jen's expertise as a Educator Empowerment Coach and Certified NGH Hypnotherapist, offer educators innovative tools and strategies to enhance their own wellness and empower those they teach.
